International Law Office: On August 19 2016 the Zurich Supreme Court rendered a long-awaited decision regarding a former Swiss banker who between 1994 and 2002 worked as head of accounting and later as general manager of a bank and trust entity operated by a major Swiss bank on the Cayman Islands.

In 2005 the former banker gave a CD containing 169 megabytes of bank client data to the media. How criminal do you have to be to ignore the local employment contract as "Chief Operating Officer?"
The employment contract was signed by the CEO, Charles Farrington, and the President, Walter Knabenhans, of Julius Baer Bank and Trust Company Ltd., Cayman Islands. This document has never been mentioned neither in the indictments nor in the 60 binders of so-called evidence for the judges!

Several test with students have proven with students that the "Expatriate Agreement" would never ever have been looked at as a Swiss employment contract. On the other hand the "Assignment as Chief Operating Officer" was considered by the very same students that this is a Cayman employment contract!
