Mr. Finance Minster, can taxman do quiet deals with Swiss a/c holders?

Is the government of India running an undeclared voluntary disclosure scheme (VDS) for India’s Swiss bank account-holders without formally announcing one?

It is normal that in Europe so-called tax deals are comon! The lawyers of the tax evadors turn up with the check book and the tax authorities propose an amount to settle the matter!
