Bloomberg Businessweek reports that data of the headquarters in Zurich was stolen. It is assumed that it only refers to German clients which is simply an assumption. Anyway the data will be handed on to other countries due to the fact that there is an information exchange on criminal matters. Again Rudolf Elmer is mentioned and that there are still court proceedings going on in his matter. It is expected that some client names will be released at the High Court. .
